Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial, but we do have a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Preferences page by clicking 'Manage Billing'. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What dietary preferences do you support?
We support a wide range of dietary preferences including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, keto, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, and more. You can also add custom preferences and specify allergies.
How does the AI know what to suggest?

Can I track my nutrition?
Yes! MealThinker calculates personalized nutrition targets based on your stats and goals, and tracks your daily intake as you log meals. You can see your calories, protein, carbs, and fat for each day.
What if I have food allergies?
You can specify your allergies in your preferences, and the AI will avoid suggesting recipes with those ingredients. However, always double-check ingredients yourself, as AI suggestions are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
Can I use MealThinker on my phone?
Yes, MealThinker is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. There's no app to download - just visit mealthinker.com on any device.
